Mr Tan Sze Tiong is the Chief Sustainability Officer of Singapore’s Housing & Development Board and Group Director of its Building & Research Institute. He leads HDB’s efforts in spearheading innovative, cost-effective solutions and technologies to create a better living environment and achieve greater sustainability.

Cheol-Soo Park is a leading researcher in building simulation, optimization, artificial intelligence and occupant behavior. His work has advanced simulation-based design and smart-building operation through extensive publications and invited presentations. He is an IBPSA Fellow and has received multiple international and national awards.

Holly Samuelson is a building scientist, architect and educator whose work examines how building design affects health and carbon emissions. Before joining MIT, she practiced architecture, advised the building industry and taught at Harvard University.
