We invite submissions for ASim2026 under three categories: Full Papers,
Short Papers, and
Posters.
Below are the details for each submission category:
The Full Paper submission involves a two-stage process:
Authors are first required to submit an abstract. Each abstract will undergo review by the Scientific Committee. Upon acceptance of the extended abstract, authors will be invited to proceed to the full paper stage.

Full papers (max 8 pages) and short papers (max 4 pages) will not undergo an additional scientific review. Instead, submitted paper will be checked by the organizing team to ensure they:
Once the abstract is accepted, your work is accepted for presentation at the conference. The full/short paper is required for inclusion in the conference proceedings but is not subject to further scientific review.
