Submission System

We invite submissions for ASIM2026 under three categories: Full Papers, Short Papers, and Posters.
Below are the details for each submission category:

Submission and Review Process
(Two-Stage)

Stage 1 - Abstract Submission & Review

Authors are first required to submit an abstract via the conference submission system. Each abstract will undergo scientific review by the Scientific Committee.

Based on the review outcome, submissions may be accepted for oral or poster presentation.

Acceptance of an abstract indicates eligibility for presentation at the conference, subject to subsequent submission requirements.

Call for Abstract Opens:
2 January 2026

Abstract Submission Deadline:
31 March 2026, 11:59pm (UTC+8)

Stage 2 - Paper Submission and Compliance Check

Full papers (maximum 8 pages) and short papers (maximum 4 pages) will not undergo an additional round of scientific peer review. Instead, submitted papers will be checked by the organising team to ensure that they:

  • adhere to the conference submission guidelines (formatting, structure, length, etc.);
  • do not contain commercial advertisements or promotional content.

A full or short paper is required for inclusion in the conference proceedings, where applicable. Poster presentations do not require submission of a full or short paper.

Submission of Full Paper / Short Paper Deadline:
31 July 2026, 11:59pm (UTC+8)
