There have been recent cases of scammers creating fake registration pages for other international conferences.
Scammers may create fake websites or send emails that appear to come from trusted organizations to steal personal or financial information.
Always verify the source, check website domains, and use only official links for registrations, bookings, or payments. Stay alert and protaect your information.
Here are some important reminders:
- The official conference website is https://ASim2026.sg. Be aware that scammers may create fake conference registration pages. When in doubt, check the URL.
- Please note that ASim 2026 does not have any partnerships with travel agencies. Do NOT respond to unsolicited emails offering to book travel or accommodation for ASim 2026 through unknown or suspicious agencies
- We provide a list of recommended hotels with official booking links in the official conference website, and attendees may book and pay for accommodations directly with these hotels. You are also free to make your own arrangements with any other hotel of your choice.
- Legitimate ASim 2026 emails or notifications will only come from addresses ending in the following:
- Emails: @nus.edu.sg
- Abstract: @asim2026.sg
- Registration confirmation: @gevme.com
- Receipt: @nus.edu.sg
